Biagi charged $400.00 to replace a 10 dollar valve part which took no more than 30 minutes. Work was done for my 90 year old mom. I guess he thought it was OK to take advantage of an elderly woman on a fixed income. Won't use them again!

Rich was professional, efficient, personable, and extremely hardworking. He takes pride in his work and it shows. This particular job was not easy. When I called, Rich responded immediately and came shortly after. I will certainly be using this company for further plumbing jobs and highly recommended them to all.

After two weeks waiting Richard Biagi finally showed up at my door steps to install laundry machine and gas dryer. Prior to that, he rescheduled the installation due to "emergency" projects he had to take care of, making us feel not important. Then he showed up, he was "surprised" by our laundry and gas machines and the way how to set them up. He took multiple pictures, so he could go back and research how to install them.
When he finally came for the installation, it was obvious he didn't do any "research", he failed to follow a simple step by step manual to install the gas dryer.
He was able to install only a washing machine, and even here he screwed up. He couldn't follow the manual and didn't remove shipping bolts from the back of the unit, which were clearly marked for the removal, and made unit rattle and vibrate like crazy. He didn't attach the laundry machine to the pedestal securely, which also was on a huge label attached to the pedestal showing how to install the unit.
He took the wrench supplied with the laundry machine home, so I had to wait for him to return several days later and bring me back the wrench.
He didn't even bothered to level our laundry machine.
I would steer away from his "plumbing" expertise.
He charges $170/hour, and he prorates after 30 minutes

He completed the work in a day. It worked great and passed the inspection.

I was impressed and very happy with the service. Biagi Plumbing was responsive and cared about my situation. He even checked and made a few adjustments in the bathrooms of my house. I found them through Angie's List and will definitely call them again.

After hiring a different plumber to install a shower faucet a while ago, the faucet started to leak and the drain didn 't drain - turns out the plumber never removed the lever from inside the unit so it unfastened from the hook and the drain wouldn't let water pass through.  I was plunging and plunging but the water wouldn't go down - Rich came in, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. 

He installed a new shower/tub faucet, diverter, & shower head because mine were corroded from leaks. He also snaked my drain.  I'm haveing him return to replace my cracked sewer line. I totally trust him & his work!

I highly recommend Rich. He's fast, efficient, reasonable and honest.

Our past attempts to get the Amway eSpring under the counter water filter and faucet installed did not go well and almost flooded the basement on two occasions. We had hired a handyman to do the work for a lot less and the results were a disaster. Within a few days, one of the connections came loose and water started spewing out one evening. Thankfully, I was there to turn off the valve within seconds and prevent a flood. Rich did the work right and the filter faucet has been working problem free ever since. On an earlier visit to fix a different problem, he had told us that a manufacturer's part was missing in that he wouldn't be able to do the work unless we provided that part first. The handyman assured us that he could do the work without the part and this turned out to be false.

I needed a vent pipe installed in a new kitchen we were building in
order to pass the town's plumbing inspection. I contacted several local
plumbers to get a quote, but they all said it would be tricky getting a
vent pipe to the roof. Rich came to look at the situation and then
offered a solution that the others failed to think of. He did the work
in one day. I was not at home when the work was done, so he came back
again in the evening to review and explain what he had done. We were
able to pass the inspection and avoid having to try to get a variation
from the town's building department.

The gentlemen that came checked it was not familiar with the issue. He went back to research it and was able to come fix the problem the next day or two. They called me and let me know that they could take care of it. I was very happy with the work, especially with the unique issue.

I bought a faucet at Home Depot but he was honest and said the faucet was not of good quality.  He took me to a place he recommended and we bought another one that was of great quality.  He came back to install the faucet and it's working great.  He's cheerful, comes on time, does great work and I think he is a great plumber!

The amount we spent with Biaggi Plumbing was very small of course. There was water in the basement. We thought our water heater needed to be replaced. He came with his son and the water heater. He examined our water heater worked perfectly and he found that it did not need to be replaced. He did charge me for coming but it was a very small amount; because he had brought the water heater. I did reimburse him for his time. It was very honest of him to say we did not need to replace the water heater. He could easily have said yes the leaking is from the water heater. We discussed everything and he promised I would call him in spring after the heating is off; he would come and examine our furnace more thoroughly. He services a lot of water heaters. I just appreciate him a lot because he could have just charged us a lot of money for water heater when we did not need it. He comes thoroughly quickly. Last summer we had an air conditioning problem. Our air conditioner stopped when it was about 95 degrees. I have got a service contract on the air conditioner; but they could not come for a week because there were so many people who needed them to come. I do not remember from where we got his name. I called him up, he said he could not make it that day but he would make it the next morning. He showed up the next morning with his father. I guess there are a lot of people involved in this one company. They discovered what the problem was. They fixed it and we had air conditioning again. He was just great. I did not mind paying him because the heat wave went on for a whole other week I would have been sitting in a house that was over a 100 degrees inside. I was very pleased. I think I ended up paying a few hundred dollars to fix it. I would certainly use them again. He identified the non repair of the water heater.
