He is responsive (one time he arrived within 10 minutes on a bitter cold Saturday night when a pipe burst), professional, resourceful and fairly priced. I have recommended him over the years and he has performed work for many friends, who have been happy with his work.

Biagi charged $400.00 to replace a 10 dollar valve part which took no more than 30 minutes. Work was done for my 90 year old mom. I guess he thought it was OK to take advantage of an elderly woman on a fixed income.

This time,PSE and G came about terrible noises in our furnace. (We have a worry-free contract with them.). They diagnosed the problem correctly, but because it concerned water, they said we needed a plumber. We called Mr. Biaggi, who came about a week later (it was no emergency) and he fixed the valve, as well as doing some other repairs on the pipes. He also noticed that the valve of the cut-off for the entire house was broken, and replaced it, too, with a bright red one. Now, if anything is leaking, we can just cut off all the water and prevent a flood. I love that about him; he sees what we need that we didn't even know about!
