They do good work and the price is great.  I have very old windows and we had another company come out for an estimate, and they told us we needed new windows. Wayne was able to get me replacement parts and saved us a lot of money.

Our floors have been in need of repairs for quite some time. When we were finally able to get the work done we went with Wayne Archibald Builders. Wayne is very friendly and very approachable. The quality of Wayne's work is such that I don't have to worry about things falling through the floors anymore. The floor beneath our stackable washer and dryer is level now so the spin cycles are much more quiet then they used to be. I'm very satisfied.
