They were supposed to come Friday, Oct. 5, and they hadn't arrived by 4 pm. I called and left a message to see what time they would arrive. No one answered or called back. No one called on Monday. I called on Tuesday, and they said one of they guy's wives went into labor, so we were probably assigned to him. Someone should have let us know so we didn't arrange to stay home all day. Poor communication. We rescheduled for Oct 19. The night before they were supposed to be out the second time, the weather forecast for the next day was rainy, so they postponed. We rescheduled for Oct 26. It rained overnight, but the next day it wasn't rainy, so I called to see if they could come out that day. No one answered or called me back. The night before they were supposed to come out for the third time, they called to cancel "because they don't do condos." I told them on the very first call that this was a condo but that I, as the homeowner, was responsible to get my chimney cleaned and that I've had to do it in the past. I told them they could personally ask the condo association to confirm the policy. They agreed to clean our chimney and scheduled me for a date. If they weren't going to clean it, they shouldn't have scheduled me three times thereby stringing me along and delaying the cleaning of our chimney. I asked to speak to a manager, and no one called me back. Do not trust them. Their customer service is awful, and they probably didn't want to come to clean my chimney because they couldn't sell me something else for the chimney like a cap or they couldn't make money on chimney repairs. They aren't listed on Angie's List, probably so they can skate under the radar and scam people. Please list them as a contractor so that others know NOT to use them.
