NJ Water Remediation Specialist

Not well, I was given the run around, the insurance paid 1/2 of the quoted price in July 2018 and I was told that my roof would be done by Labor day. That did not happen. I was then given a few other excuses until "it was too cold and the roof would not seal properly and it would have to wait until spring and I would be the first on the list". Spring came around and I heard nothing. I texted, and he said he was waiting for the days to be consistently over 50 degrees to get his men over there. I got several other excuses over the months, and then he was sick and in the hospital and unable to work. I was then told my roof was small and he was trying to fit it in between other jobs. All this time I was contacting him and not the other way around. Finally in October my roof was done. However, there was no dumpster there and all of the trash from the roof was thrown on the ground around my house, my daughter and I, and my dogs had to walk on the debris for two days, hoping we didn't step on nails before he had someone come and move it into my driveway where it sat for two weeks. A dumpster showed up on October 29th. The mess was cleaned up and as of November 13th he told me twice he called the company to come and get the dumpster that was sitting in the street a foot away from the fire hydrant. I sent Mr. Brittingham a text stating if the dumpster was still out in the street when I got home on the 13th I would call the dumpster company myself. I called the dumpster company and they told me no one ever called for the dumpster to be picked up. Mr. Brittingham did offer me a gift card for a restaurant for this whole thing being a "pain in the ***" however I declined. I still have the check from the insurance company and he has yet to contact me for payment. I really don't understand how a company like this can claim to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee or how they can claim to care about every customer and every job no matter how big or how small because they obviously did not care about my job.
