They did a great job, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and to hire them again.

Mr. Hering was excellent and very professional. He cleaned everything up and I was very very happy with him. I usually like to get one or two people that I am always going to call again and he would be one that I would always call again. I must have had six or eight people come out to give me estimates and they just did not catch it. I thought that they were overcharging me and I did not think that they were going to do a good job while Mr. Hering did an excellent job. I even had him come back and do something a little bit extra and he went right back and did it. He must have sent me a bill of what he did and I paid him between $2,500 and $3,000. He was there when he was supposed to be there and he was prompt. He was done when he was supposed to be done. He answered my phone calls when I called and he called me back when he was not there. I asked him for a certificate of his insurance and he immediately emailed it to me. I did not go up on the roof and look at his work but it has not leaked since.

John showed up promptly on Tuesday. He was very professional and knew exactly what to do. I received a detailed estimate by email by that evening. I called the next morning with questions; he answered them all and we made an appt for the following day. They were out at the alloted time, and he contacted me to let me know about conditions that had been found when the sheathing was exposed. I was given a choice of overhang or no overhang; I asked his professional opinion and took that (I was good with either choice). the job would have been finished that day if it hadn't rained. He was back first thing in the morning to finish up the last part of the job. The area was completely cleaned up around the house and the job looked very good from what I can see on the ground. the dumpster was removed the following day. 5 days later it POURED rain; no leaks.
I had initially received his name from a local contractor who uses him to do their roofs. I recently joined Angie's list and saw that he was also on there.
