Everything went well except that the crew doing the job took a 3 day break in the middle of the project. They had a very good reason (waiting for the pavers to arrive from Texas) but they didn't communicate that fact to me. They also put down a white fabric over the seeded area but didn't explain any watering requirements or say when the fabric should be removed. It needed very little watering and the grass came up very well. They obviously knew what they were doing but didn't share that with me. That being said, I would use their services again.
