Darlington Designs

They came out and said they completed work. They even left a sheet on my door explaining system was functioning properly and all working. When they system turned on the next day, 3 of the 8 sprinkler heads were no wear to be found, buried and obviously not functioning! I eventually dug the three up and got them working. In addition two other sprinkler heads were not popping up all the way and not functioning properly. Functioning properly?!

I have left numerous emails and placed numerous phone calls. I have received one email response and spoke to Kelly twice on the phone asking kindly to speak with Simon the owner, but have yet to hear from him or anyone else about addressing this issue. This has been going on since early April 2015.

I liked the flexibility in the designing and the professionalism. It turned out very good and the work that they did on the deck was at the same level as the work that they did on the landscaping. I would use them again.

It was an excellent design. They were easy to work with in changing the designs. I was able to interact with the owner on numerous occasions when issues would crop up. We will know in the spring how everything turned out, when everything comes back. We planted late and they have a guarantee that if everything does not re-bud they will replace it for free. So far, everything looks good. They were a little expensive. I would use them again.
