Roy was amazing. It was my first time dealing with wasps (nest in basement). I left Roy a message on Saturday evening...received a text back that evening, and he was there Monday morning. He explained everything he was doing to get rid of the wasp nest so that I understood, and took care of the problem. I texted him with questions a couple of times afterwards and he would respond that same day with answers. Highly recommend Atlas Pest Control and Roy.

Roy did an excellent job and found some hidden problems during his inspection on a home we were buying.  Not only did he locate carpenter ants but he also found a mice infestation that the owners were not aware of. 
We've been using Roy for years with our previous homes - he is always prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly.   I always appreciate the fact that he tells us what is and isn't really necessary.   I highly recommend him.

Roy  is very knowledgeable about his business and educated me about the pest issues in my house after I had owned it for 12 months.  As he walked me around the house he showed me definitive signs of flying squirrels and mice.  We also had a centipede issue where there were centipedes in the basement around the french drain.  The sightings of these insects has gone way down.  Roy applies a perimeter defense of Frontline to kill ants, ticks, spiders etc.
I'd heartily recommend Roy based on our experience with him.

Roy does a great job. He is very thorough and answers any questions we may have. He also has good suggestions on how to make your house more resistant to pests.

I have a regular service contract with another pest control company. I've been disappointed that they seem to just be treating my mouse problem without solving it, despite twice having them check for potential areas mice might be getting in. I'd also asked about preventing birds from getting into my gutters and never did they offer to, or suggest fixing the end caps.
Roy was recommended to me; he came out the next day and he was great at explaining everything to me. He did a thorough inspection of my house and suggested a few potential areas I could address. For only a little bit more money than the cost of the inspection, he fixed my end caps, and created ones where they were missing.
He was very professional, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend him.

He’s been very good to work with. He calls me right back and can come out between treatments, which is included in the yearly fee. The approximate cost includes all of the pesticides for the year, checking for rodents, cleaning, etc. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, and he’s been servicing the house before we moved in, so he knows the area well.

I have a contract with them. They seem pretty effective and pretty professional. They come for the appointments so I would recommend them.
