I can't get in touch with Patrictian Creative Floors. They left off carpet samples and never picked them up. I was very disappointed with them. I finally went to another company, they're a big company and they won't cheat me. I'm glad I didn't get them because I would have given them the money and I never would have heard from them. They're not too professional.

Very nice people. Very careful installation. Very clean. Responsive to my concerns. Pricing is fair. Basement stairs were difficult but they did a nice job. From the date of purchase to installation was under two weeks. would use them again without hesitation.

I used Patrician when the store was under the previous owners. And I was very happy. From the selection, to the order, to delivery and installation they did a great job. The new management / owner, Ryan, and is very helpful. Patrician pricing is consistent with other flooring stores including some of the bigger stores. I am using Patrician again this year (2010-2011) when I remodel the upstairs.

They were very good. He did the job right the first time. They removed an old floor and put down the new. I did not have to make a call back. The original billing was set up on the basis of removing three layers. They only took off two so they adjusted the price. The quality of the work was good.
