Description of Work: I needed help getting motivated to really work out again, so I made a resolution that I would try Orange Theory for at least 3 months to see if I could really make a change in my energy level. I have to say, having attended twice weekly for over one month, it has been amazing! The trainers who have run the groups have been very helpful, motivating and sensitive to the needs of my almost 50 year old, out of shape body. Kevin, the head trainer in Garwood, is especially helpful. Thinking about all the exercises that are packed into a group's hour workout feels overwhelming, but I get a huge sense of accomplishment after I got through it all and see how much better my POLAR reports look after each session. The desk staff and manager are all so nice, so don't hesitate to drop in to investigate.

 + -1 moreIt's a great place. It's very comfortable, nice people. The amenities are exactly what you are looking for. Not a fortune to go there. The equipment is really good. Very nice, it's a nice place. I enjoy going there. I enjoy working out there.

 + -1 moreThe facility is far superior to any other offerings in the area. However, the membership is expensive. Once you become a member, your monthly dues remain the same for life. My dues are set at $69/month going forward.
Description of Work: Total paid for initiation fee and first year of membership, which included 5 personal training sessions and unlimited use of the facility. The facility offers child care during certain hours, Myriad fitness classes by certified instructors, certified personal trainers, cardio equipment, free weights, fitness testing, shake/smoothie bar, Cybex-type machines. The hours are Mon-Thu 5-11, Fri 5-9, and Sat and Sun 7-6.
