Ula's Cleaning Service

I used Ula's Cleaning Service 2x. The first time one woman came alone. She didn't speak a lot of English but she was an extremely hard worker and did a good job. When I wanted to tell her something, I called Ula so she could translate so it was fine. The second time I used Ula, 2 women came. One was the woman that cleaned my house previously, and I was glad to see her. The second woman was not quite as hard a worker and seemed in a hurry to leave, but overall I was completely satisfied with the quality of work. When I use Ula's service again, I will request that one particular woman. She is a hard worker and has a great attitude!

First time person using a house cleaning service. I used a "big deal" from Angies List and I didn't realize that the 6hrs of cleaning was per person (2 people, 3 hrs of cleaning). I expected a full 6hrs. The ladies that should up were on-time and worked hard. They spent roughly 4.5hrs (I paid the difference), but the job they did was great. We recently did our windows in the house and the dust was horrible and the ladies really didna good job. Now that I understand how Ula works I would take a different approach towards cleaning for the next time. I would definately use Ula again on a monthly basis as thats all we need. I couldn't have asked for better service. My only complaint is that after 2 or so hrs someone from Ula's company called the cleaning ladies to see where they were in the cleaning which I thought made then rush slighly after that phone call. However, all in all I would use their service again.
