I had the following 3 projects done: Deck, Siding and Gutters, during this past winter/spring of '25. All three project were all over saw by Jon. All the duration estimates were way off. Jon was always eager to get paid immediately. All the payments were promptly made start, during and after the projects. Jon claimed that the projects' workmanship is guaranteed for 10 years. Deck had issues such as a plank expanding and bowing when it is exposed to the sun. Side coverings also expanded and bulged with the sun. Siding: left nail holes on the roof tile when they removed the scaffolding. They broke a window. They left space near the door so water leaks into the side of the wall. They left huge nail crack into the inner wall. Gutter: There are multiple locations where rain overflows over the gutter. They missed a section, so rain just falls straight onto the ground. The worst of all is that Jon misses his own times to come out and take a look at these issues.

It went well. They were timely and did the project in one day. It was a good project and they did a very good job. They were very professional.
