I had an excellent experience working with Jimmy and his team. They completed the work on my mother’s house in a timely manner and at a fair price. During the project, they even detected mold in the basement and immediately prioritized getting the materials needed to fix it, something I truly appreciated. Jimmy was professional, communicative, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. It honestly felt like working with family. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality construction work.

Jimmy and Top Leader crew were amazing. Always showed up on time told us the probes would take 3 days and did exactly that. As previous contractors would only show up 2 times a week. Ground was so soft that Jimmy insisted we need to go deeper for the footings and he could’ve raised the price, but he did it out of the kindness of this heart at no extra charge. We are extremely pleased with the work looking foward to seeing them again in the spring time for our patio.
