We used this company to do a full gut job and remodel to a home that we purchased. We had used them previously and the work was fine. This time WE HAD A COMPLETELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The workmanship was not the same. The entire process brought us problem after problem. It was not just the issues that we ran into but the lack of professionalism and responsibility the owner would take. He would place blame on us for the type of house we bought or the style of the items we chose. We had other companies to come do work for us and they were shocked by some of what they saw. When the issues were pointed out (doors not opening/ closing correctly, water damage and trying to cover up mold, lifting floors, bathroom vents leaking, bad paint jobs, damaged newly purchased items like our bathroom sink, the list goes on) the owner would try to say they were our fault or just things that happen. The last straw was the owner went behind our backs to close out inspection without our knowledge she he could walk away without finishing the job. He left us to meet with venders he hired to workout problems and when solutions were found he would tell the venders not to work with us. He left us with no resolution to our issues. It was a We are so miserable and have been dealing with 2.5 years of pure hell.

The before and after is amazing. Sal is much more than a contractor. He has great ideas and helped us adjust the design we started out with. His desgn ideas were all outstanding. Everything looks even better than we expected! Most of his workers were excellent, especially his lead Dave. Dave is a licensed electrician PLUS! You want him at your site. They were clean, organized and delivered an incredible Kitchen

All work done promptly despite Covid. Professional clean crew. When itâ s time to redo my master bathroom Iâ ll be calling Segreto Builders.
