I am not happy with them. It looked like they just covered up instead of replacing the grout which they were supposed to do within a week. I called him back numerous times within the week and in fact I threatened to go on Angie’s list. He finally called me back and actually he screamed at me on the phone. He did come back and do it and didn’t say one word and left without talking to me. I have used him three years but now I’ll never use him again. The price was fair. On the quality he was supposed to do something’s and it wasn’t done. He was there on time in terms of punctuality.

The grout came back up in the tile that he put in incorrectly. He did call back right away and showed up on time.

Bathtub Restoration
The workman never removed all the old grout. When it dried it did not match at all. Gary (the Grouch) never returned my call. My plumber(who reccommended him) had to call 3 times before we got a response. He did come back and have another workman redo the job.I believe he would have ignored us completely if it were not for the fact our plumber was so persistant. He probably wanted future referrals.Also very messy workers. Neither man removed shoes before getting in tub, or put anything down to protect it. Did not clean up after himself. I had to cleam bathroom floor and vaccuum hallway carpet.

I think that they did a really nice job as my showers look a lot cleaner now that they did the work. The price was pretty reasonable and fair, they were on time and it was a young man that came out to do the work. He really knew what he was doing.

There are two types of grout and they used the floor grout instead of the wall grout. Now the grout is coming out. I didn't call to see if they could redo it because it's been about a year.

THEY SET UP A SCHEDULE SO HE AND THE PLUMBER COULD COORDINATE THEIR WORKING HOURS AND NOT BE IN EACH OTHER'S WAY. EVERYTHING LOOKS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING.
