I spoke to Dean about the plumbing issue and Amro got in touch with me and came over the same day within an hour. Amro is knowledgeable and professional and fixed my plumbing issues promptly. He also left everything clean when all was completed. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

Dean is really great to work with. I have called him for many projects including: fixing issues with my furnace, installing whole house water filter, air conditioner servicing. He is always helpful to let me know what needs to be fixed/replaced, and what can be left as is. He goes above and beyond to ensure great customer service, including coming over on weekends or evenings. I would definitely recommend Green Apple Mechanical to anyone who needs a HVAC/plumbing pro.

Replaced a thermostat. Said replacement was a $90 thermostat but it is a $60 model. Charged $260 for the work. Over priced in my opinion. Job took 15 minutes tops. Never told me that the existing thermostat didn't need to be replaced and really only needed new AA batteries. He also broke the head off a screw and left it in the wall. Will have to deal with on next replacement. Not a good experience but at least he showed up (though 1 hour late).

Be ware when hire green apple mechanical. I had water pooling under my high efficiency Goodman furnace. The tech spend exactly 5 min looking at it, declared that I need a new unit, (mine is 5 years old), charged me $125 for the service call and left. I had another HVAC specialist to come by who quickly figured out it was a condensation pump, $45 later I was back n business

Very very honest, professional, I personally thank Dean to fixing our heating system today , which is thanksgiving , people usually charge more or they dont show up , but Dean charged us fair amount and he came on time on thanksgiving day . I highly recommend. A++

I had a visit from Dean today. He was really knowledgeable and helped me understand what was going on with my heating system. He even fixed my gas fireplace for me, which wasn't what he came for. I appreciated that he went above what I called him for. Highly recommend Dean!

We had to reschedule because of me and because of them but it worked out perfectly. Dean was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He fixed the system within minutes and gave us a nice discount because of Home Advisor.

I live in a split level home. The main toilet overflowed. The water was pouring all over the bathroom, into the hallway and was coming out of my ceiling in the den! I got the water to stop eventually. I called Green Apple Mechanical and they were here within the hour (on a Saturday). Unfortunately, it wasn't a simple snaking job. Dean fixed my problem while explaining everything he was doing and why. Dean was extremely helpful and courteous.

Excellent service. They responded so quickly and were very knowledgeable, polite and clean. Dean diagnosed our problem within a minute of checking our furnace and worked to get resolved asap. Mind you this was in the middle of a snow storm. Will definitely use for any needs going forward. Thank you! Highly recommend!
