George and his crew, especially Carlos, were extremely professional and courteous. He renovated two of my bathrooms and they both turned out beautiful! They respected my home laid down drop cloths everywhere, never pressured us, took their time to do top quality work, and always listened to our ideas and concerns. They cleaned up afterwards after each day, were mindful of our life schedules, and my wife and I loved how they both turned out. They installed a barn door, oversized showers, refitted piping, and beautiful intricate tile and waterproofed everything down to the studs. - and their price was extremely reasonable! Highly highly recommend!

After everything the bathroom came out nice, but I will not be calling them for future work. I understand things happen, and they did, but then garbage from ANOTHER job was left in my driveway for me to dispose of. Not what we agreed on, and definitely not cool.

I had a cement retaining wall between my property and my neighbors property that was threatening to topple which would then put my property into my neighbors property. Part of my wall was difficult to access. George went over every issue and came up with a plan. Though we had a delayed start, his team was there nearly every day, except for during the extreme rainstorms when it was impossible. They cut, dug, hauled nearly every piece of that wall by hand and then rebuilt it better than ever with appropriate drainage. They answered every question and considered my concerns. They were careful about cleanup (especially of my neighbors property which I was most concerned about). It's gorgeous. I can't wait to hire them for the rest of my projects. Their attention to detail and care was worth the money.

Each day we had a crew at the house who specialized in whatever the task was for that day. Everyone was friendly and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them for anything!

They always arrived on time, put in full and steady days, and worked diligently and continuously throughout the entire project. Their pricing was very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them.

George and his crew were great. Took care to ensure their work in remodeling our bathroom did not get the rest of the house dirty. They cleaned up everyday and put done floor covering throughout the rest of the house to ensure they stayed clean and damage free from all the other work going on. George took the time to listen to our wants/needs/concerns and addressed everything like a true professional. We changed some design on him throughout the project and he was able to accommodate without any issue. When the project was finished we did notice a small issue and George had a team out right away to fix the issue. Highly recommend For any renovation you are planning.

We hired George to remodel our bathrooms in 3 different units in the same building, bathroom toiled is leaking all over the floor , the bathroom door does not close, we can see the basement through the bathroom floor, installed the wrong size sink and they rigged it so we could get to the toilet tank lid, George gave me a bill of things he had bought for other projects and he was charging me for things I should not have to pay for, I called George about the water leak yesterday and he told me he would sent a plumber out and has not, when I called him this morning he acted like there was a problem with the phone, I called him back and he did not pick up

Returned calls/texts or showing up were rarely when I was told they would be. They thew out things from the old bathroom that were perfectly good and I had to replace. After the Contract I added wallpaper to be hung. Was given a date but never came back and no contact to even let me know they would not finish the job. Very unprofessional and I would NOT recommend GK Remodeling to anyone.

George worked within our budget and did what he said he was going to do. We replaced our gutters, siding and one window. I would recommend this company and will use them in the future.

After having several estimates for a full bathroom renovation in Essex County, GK was absolutely the best overall in both the actual estimate and the genuine information. George was very straightforward and did not perform the usual sales pitch, which made the process so much easier. I would highly recommend GK for any project.

Working with George and Carlos was a great experience. They're really good guys. He was very straightforward with what to expect and what we'd be receiving and it was done at a fair price. Even when we didn't like the way a thing or two turned out, they got right back in there and got us to where we wanted to be ASAP. Overall, the finished product looks and works great. We love the new bathroom! We've already lined them up to do another job!

George is great to work with, very straight forward. Every home remodel runs into "something" often contracts make you feel like you are being taken advantage of, George didn't do that. He honestly laid out the options for us. The attention to detail throughout the project by John and Mike, was exceptional.
