Another time, one of the managers was trying to get in touch with the crew that hadn't yet arrived at our house and she literally showed up at our house and walked right in the unlocked back door as if it was nothing! This woman who was a complete stranger just walked into our house! Who does that???
Last week we had an appointment scheduled and they showed up 90 minutes late, without calling. I work from home and was in a conference call when they finally showed up. I couldn't let them in but they rang the door and knocked for about an hour. I also heard them trying to use the knob to open the door. Again, who thinks this is okay?
Since we weren't blown away by the service anyway, we decided to find a new one.

They were good; I definitely liked them. There was a lot of cleaning and a lot that had to be done here. There was one woman that was kind of in charge so she was the one to communicate with, but the other women did not really understand English so there were three women here. If somebody was in a different I could not really communicate with her, I had to communicate with the other woman. It was not a big deal and they did do a very good job based on what I had to clean. I think the only thing that bothered me was that they priced out the job and they were, maybe, a few minutes over so they wanted to go into the next half hour. I tipped them instead and they were not very appreciative. They were pretty reasonable. A lot of places I called were more expensive. I have used them in the past.
BUT, we cancelled this service after many years because they hired a new crew and one of the members stole cash from a bank in my daughter's room. I would NEVER trust them again. Just very glad I didn't give them a house key.

As a regular practice, from time to time a quality control supervisor would check on the cleaning and make corrections if required. When advised of the recent incident, we expressed our concern and surprise since there is no report of a similar occurrence from any of the many other homes cleaned by this team. We asked how we could possibly make up to the client and started our own ongoing investigation. Since 1983 and in over 500,000 cleanings there has never been a single claim against our bonding insurance. That has always been our pride."
You may ask why I let them leave? Ii had to rush out to salvage other appts for the day and It was later that afternoon as I showered, cooked and decorated for a family party the next day that we noticed the shoddy cleaning.
We have a regular cleaning lady who was away on a two week vacation. Our house is professionally cleaned and professionally maintained. We hired Continental Maid in preparation of a party. It was a disappointing experience.

On the rare instance when we miss the mark, we offer to come back and correct any failures. In this case we were not given that opportunity but did adjust the charge from the agreed price with a 25% discount. We honestly regret that the client was not satisfied - it means a lot to us to earn the praise and referal of a happy customer."
The vacuuming was a slap/dash poorly done job. I think they just wanted to be done in 2 hours and since I was not going to pay for any more time I just finished the vacuuming myself.
I wish that I could schedule far out in advance but there are limiations on the schedule and availability that prevents be from setting up a monthly cleaning service appointment. I wish that I can set it up so that it's reoccuring rather than having to set up each individual appointments.
If there was room for improvement, I think it would make it easier for me if we can set up a specific appointment time rather than the hour window for the team to arrive for the appointment.
Overall, I am satisfied with the service and will continue to use them as long as I can request and secure the team that I know will get the work done.
