BUDGET BLINDS

Sal, Vickie and Paola were all super helpful throughout the process of picking, ordering and installing shades throughout my home. Vickie was super knowledgeable and helpful when helping me pick out the right shades for my home. The promotion they had going on at the time was very good, especially when compared to other window treatment retailers. Though the shades were back-ordered, they did arrive within a reasonable amount of time and Dave the installer quickly got them up and going. Overall, I was very impressed with the customer service and quality this company had to offer.

I feel that the process went very well from picking out the blinds to the installation. He brought many

samples with him and I was able to get an idea of how they would look. He took the measurements

and the wait time was only a few weeks which I expected. When the blinds came in, he installed them.

He even brought me extra slats to have on hand for the future. His prices were very reasonable; and the

quality of the blinds was very good. This whole transaction was stress-free; and that meant a lot to me.

I was not pleased with their service. I would not use them again in the future.

My son was moving into a new apartment about an hour from my home. He asked if I would figure out what to cover his windows with and could I advise him. I called Budget Blinds and Maria, in the office, set up an appointment with Sal, the estimator, installer, man of all trades! She called the morning of the appointment to confirm the time and I found this great as I would be an hour away in case their was a change.

Sal arrived on time and was professional and not a pushy salesman. I explained that I needed an estimate and needed to see what products were available. He measured the ten windows so that he could give me an accurate estimate. We went through all the products available and I decided on the faux wood blinds, but explained that I would have to consult my son. He said no problem just call his office and let them know what I decided. He had all the measurements and delivery would take about two weeks.

We decided on the blinds, called the office and received a call two weeks later to say they were in and to set up a convenient date and time. Sal and his helper arrived on time and got the job done in about 90 minutes. They cleaned up and removed all packing materials and had me check each window to be sure I was satisfied.

This was really a great company to work with and I hope I have as much satisfaction with my local Budget Blinds in Orange County NY. Both Sal and Maria seemed to take a personal interest in being sure I was kept informed of the process and time needed to complete the job.

They worked out great. Their price was very competitive. Their representative really took time with me. They were neat and clean about their work. Some of the strings snapped after the installed and they took care of it promptly. They shipped it again and reinstalled it.

They answered their phone calls promptly. When a string broke on one of the blinds shortly after the installation, they came out and tried to repair it at no charge. They could not fix the problem, so they sent the blinds back and had a new set shipped in. Then, they installed the new set at no charge.
