+ -1 moreFebruary 9 I ordered some parts for my cigarette machine. As of April 18 I still have not received my parts nor a refund or any communication whatsoever with this company I have emailed them at least 20 to 30 times in the last month and a half I have called them 10 to 15 times without any answers or call back I have left many messages without no response This company gets a minus 10 stars as far as I’m concern customer service is probably the worst. + -1 moreI ordered the parts February 1st and it is March 6th now. Got an email that the payment was recieved by them and money was yaken out of my account but have never gotten anything about the parts being shipped. I tried to call their number muliple times and emailed them with no response. The last week or so i have found hundreds of reviews say this place has ripped people off. Wish i had seen them before they ripped me off too. If i could have given them zero stars i would have. Their service is worse than lousy.
