ULTIMATE AIR LLC

Troy came and told us that the motor needs to be changed. He was very knowledgeable, came on time and explained to me what exactly was wrong.

Generally we do most of our home improvements ourselves so finding a contractor is a really big deal for us. We were pleased.

I've used Ultimate Air LLC on two historic homes. Owner, Troy Miller performs all work himself and with a crew. Troy and his men are very polite, hard and conscientious workers. His prices are affordable and beats the competition. Troy is always willing to go the extra mile for his customers and has even made a special trip to a new home buyer to teach them how their system works, at no charge. He is a very personable and honest business man. His workmanship is second to none and he's a real pleasure to deal with. I will be using Ultimate Air for ALL of my future projects and recommend him HIGHLY!!!

Everything went great as usual, with Ultimate Air LLC.!

We called Ultimate Air LLC.  in a panic, because we had water in our basement and we thought it was coming from a failed pump.     
Troy made time to come out THAT day, and quickly identified the problem.   Our humidifier pad had to be changed because it was clogged, and therefore the water was just spilling out onto floor because it couldn't pass through.   He had the proper pad/filter on hand in his truck, so was able to fix the problem on the spot.     He also thoroughly checked our pump in the basement, and took extra time to inspect our attic, to service/check out our 2nd Zone furnace, before the Winter season kicked in.     

Side Note:    Our 2nd Zone (heating & cooling) was also installed by Ultimate Air and was absolutely the best thing we ever did!!  
Ultimate Air, LLC. was extremely helpful advising us how to best deal with a 1-Zone house, that needed 2-Zones to live comfortably.   Troy gave us a very fair and accurate estimate, and it was completed in 2009.   The work was done in a timely manner and at a very competitive rate and we have used Troy / Ultimate Air. LLC.  EVER SINCE.   He is the most trustworthy contractor we have ever dealt with, and he always goes the extra mile to do what is best for his customer.    He has been a pleasure to work with for the past 7 years. 
If you have any heating / cooling needs, do not hesitate calling Ultimate Air, LLC!!!! 

The work was done on time, on budget and without causing me any headaches. The installation looks as professional as they come (and I've seen plenty), the design wasn't over or under-done, it was just what was needed. I highly recommend Ultimate Air and I will use them again myself.
