I had another company come to look at my furnace and they told me that I needed a very expensive repair. My gut told me to get a 2nd opinion and, at the recommendation of friends, I called Air Professionals (EXTREMELY HELPFUL OFFICE STAFF). Drew, my technician, was very courteous AND was extremely knowledgeable. He actually pulled the blower out, got into the bottom of the machine and thoroughly inspected. It seems the funny noise I was hearing was coming from a piece of paper and plastic that was inside the blower!!! The system is running well and is very quiet. Drew felt that, even with the expensive repair, I may have still had the noise problem. I will NEVER use another company ever again for AC and Furnace issues! Thank you Air Professionals!

Not bad. Was not thrilled to have to have a new unit installed. Overall they made the experience painless, minus the price of course. One technician that stopped by twice wasn’t the friendliest, but the rest were.

Technician, Doug Burk, installed a ''smart'' thermostat for me so that I can turn on/off heat and AC when I'm away and checked out the AC. He had told me about these thermostats on an earlier service call, and recommended the Honeywell that I bought. Installation was quick and Mr. Burk took a lot of time to explain how the thermostat works and how to control it from my laptop and/or smartphone. I am very grateful for the time he spent helping me learn the ins and outs of the thermostat, and how to download app, etc. Excellent service, as always. I especially want to commend him, and the girls who answer the phone and do the scheduling. They are always friendly and very, very helpful.

The did a phenomenal job. It’s the one that I use all the time. I’ve got to get them in to do another air conditioning unit. I have used them multiple times, they are an unbelievable organization. It cost too much. I actually bid it against several other people. I plan on using them again this Spring.

Everything went well. I would've preferred that the tech Doug put on shoe covers as was done during past visits. This did not negatively affect my experience. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I appreciated receiving a call from Inez the day before and the day of the appointment. I also loved getting an email with a picture and description of the technician coming

Excellent- very professional. Drew was great and explained everything step by step. Called the office in the middle of a heat wave. They were able to squeeze me in between appointments. Really appreciate the effort! They came when the company that installed the system and serviced it for the last ten years said it was a 2 day wait. I have used them in the spring and fall to service our combination unit for the past two years. I called them just prior to the Memorial Day holiday with a problem. They came out and said they thought the problem was with a part that turned on the condenser, but then they said it was the condenser itself. They told me they could not repair this make of heating/air conditioning system. I wondered how they could service the unit for two years but not repair it. The service man said he would check with his home office to see if they repaired this kind of unit and that he would call me back. I never heard from him so I called them back and was told they could not repair my unit. I will never use them again. The service man was on time the first time he came out and he was professional.

We solicited bids from several contractors. Air Professionals proved to be the most knowledgeable. It was the only company that recognized and understood the implications of installing two separate HVAC units within a configuration of shared return ducts. Upon learning of this critical nuance, we discussed it with the authorized HVAC supplier. The supplier confirmed that Air Professionals' observations and suggested installation approach were spot on. Every aspect of our experience with Air Professionals has been a delight -- from our initial discussions with Sean Ruffing in Sales, to confirming the suggested installation approach with the company's founder/owner, to dealing with the installation team led by Josh Petrocelli, to working with Erin on the office staff, to receiving thorough maintenance check-ups by Doug Burk. We are very happy we chose Air Professionals.
