I BOUGHT MY HOME FROM THEM SO I HAVE A WARRANTY FOR A COUPLE YEARS. IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEM, I JUST CALL THEM AND THEY SEND SOMEONE OUT RIGHT AWAY. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE WHENEVER I CALL. THE PEOPLE ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL.
