I needed to get a Home Appraisal for some tax forms required by the state of NJ. My estate attorney gave me a list of 3 names. I contacted the 1st name on the list and was told that somebody would get back to me that day (after taking down my information). After waiting 2 days, I decided to call the 2nd name on the list. I wasn't very hopeful considering my first experience, but fortunately I was pleasantly surprised. The Appraiser, Chris Moore, was able to schedule me right away (I called during a holiday period) which I greatly appreciated. He came at the appointed time and proceeded to do the evaluation. He was very courteous and professional. I received the written appraisal within a week and submitted it to my accountant. The whole experience went very smoothly and I was able to complete all of the tax forms and send it in on time. I would definitely recommend Chris Moore to anyone needing a home appraisal.
