Brett is amazing ! From the first phone call he really took his time to explain what a home inspection would entail. Buying a home for the first time can be very overwhelming adventure and I found Brett to be reassuring and superceded our expectations. Honestly, I called 4 other home inspectors and no one could beat his price and he offered such a detailed report as well as pictures. My father is a contractor and also gave his stamp of approval about how through he is was well. You won’t be disappointed!

My home inspection was excellent. Brett took his time to inspect every inch of the property. Brett is kind, courteous and extremely professional. He took his time to explain in detail any question that I had for him. He even showed up to my septic system inspection. He goes above and beyond his duties as a home inspector. He did a meticulous and extremely thorough job. I became aware of so many things I had not seen or knew were there. The report was over 100 pages.
