First, I apologize for the delay in sending this letter. It was a busy summer and the kitchen was used a lot!!
Thank you for the work you did on our Kitchen and Bar area. We just love it and everyone that visits is amazed at the difference. I appreciate your patience while we worked through the “bid process” and the design. We had ideas of what we wanted along with pricing and through working together, we were able to accomplish both.
Your Staff is reliable, competent and experienced in what they do. I was completely comfortable with them and their work when you were not at the house. They knew how to get of hold of you if I had questions/comments. I also appreciated all the “little extras” you did and suggested to make the kitchen the “dream kitchen” we wanted.
Mark, your talent and expertise shows in your work and your professionalism. I already have and will continue to recommend you and your company, Mastercare Design and Construction to anyone looking to remodel! Mastercare Design and Construction, owned by Mark Brancato, recently remodeled a large portion of my 55 year old house. Mark and his crew took my 3 bathrooms and my kitchen down to the studs and rebuilt the rooms in a most wonderful way. In the kitchen Mark provided an artistic rendering of how he envisioned our new kitchen. Mastercare vaulted our ceilings and added 2 skylights. They also removed walls and made the room feel so much larger. The completed kitchen looks like it should be in a magazine! We could not be more pleased with the end result!! They replaced the entire living room ceiling and added new hi hat lighting and a ceiling fan, Mastercare also replaced most of our windows with new larger ones and replaced our front entry door and sidelights. Our interior dated railings were removed and oak railings with metal spindles were put in their place. A new back glass sliding door to our was installed, and a new fence was built in the backyard, They also refinished our hardwood floors, repainted walls and ceilings in the living room, dining room, and kitchen and even renovated the laundry room, adding a new wash station for our dogs. I am a very satisfied customer. Mark has a fine sense of design so I left most of the decisions up to him. Any structural problems he found were fixed. Pricing was very reasonable and upfront and the work was performed in a most timely manner. When it is time to renovate the rest of the house I will be calling on Mastercare again.ly
