Like having your brother in the interior contracting business! The work performed was fantastic, precisely according to our requests, and turned out to be absolutely beautiful. The work was performed after we had already moved into the condominium, containing furniture, rugs, artwork and all, so since the work involved breaking entirely through a wall between the kitchen and the living room, it was a dusty job to say the least. But Shain, the owner of the company and his workers made certain that not one speck of dust escaped from the sealed off work area. The work took about one week and each day we returned home to a spotless apartment. They totally cleaned up the apartment at the end of each work day and left it as if nobody had even been there! Shain and his workers were the most polite, courteous, conscientious, exacting, affable professionals we have ever encountered. Speaking with Shain is as comfortable as speaking to your brother, who you have known for years and trust endlessly. Their work took exactly as long as they initially indicated, and the accolades from visitors regarding the outcome of their work is endless. Best of all, Shain constantly kept in touch with us and made sure that his plan for doing key stages of the job met with our prior approval. He was super-diligent about making sure we were nothing less than totally satisfied with the outcome. That, of all things, stood out the most during our interaction with him and his workers. They are true professionals!
