The installers were perfectionists. They took the time to carefully place each shingle in its proper place. All the potential leak points were carefully sealed. They cleaned up as if they were never there.

They completed my roof which included roof removal & replacement, soffit removal & replacement, and gutter removal & replacement. I am very happy with their workmanship which is critical towards protecting my roof. Finding an honest roofer is a daunting task. I got 4 quotes which differed greatly with regard to scope of work. One contractor quoted a cost which was double my final cost because it included unnecessary work, another quoted a few thousand dollars lower just to get the job and another hardly did any inspection before providing me with a quote. I felt more comfortable choosing Joe The Roofer because 1. They are local. 2. They always answer the phone. 3. They have more than 100 reviews most of which are 5 stars. 4. Their price was competitive. 5. They are so confident in their work that they don't require an upfront deposit.

Everyone was extremely professional and knowledgeableâ ¦ work was done in a timely manner and both crews were neat and cleaned up nicely. Owner of the company, handling of the customer is terrible. Very arrogant. UPDATE: After bargaining with me to do the repair needed initially wanted $250.00 but was resolved at $100.00.

Called to many companies who came and either gave estimates for entire change of gutters or simply disappeared because the project was too small. Joe the Roofer gave me a reasonable price and one year warranty. Chris came exactly on time, was very polite and friendly, but above all did an excellent job. I wait a couple months to check the leak, nothing. I know how difficult to find the people who deliver what they promise and I would definitely hire this company again in case of a roofing or siding problem. Sergei S.
