JERSEY MAIDS

They were horrible. They come in and be as lazy as possible and get me for an hourly rate as the day goes on. They try to scam me for more hours. I would not use them in the future.

I've used jersey maids for nearly a year and up until recently really liked them.
They have however along the way made several mistakes - doing laundry incorrectly by sending in people who didn't read the labels and thus ruined certain shirts and sweaters, leaving gates open so the dogs could come in, that kind of thing - and they've generally 'tried' to fix them but done a lackluster job, offering tiny amounts of money off the job. They also charge a LOT and sometimes will have people - if you've got laundry and no cleaning left to do - that will hang out and get paid by the hour to do nothing. They also chatter on their cellphones and some do not speak English. One particular, younger girl is very good.
After this long time of working with them, my card got declined today. I received no less than 3 calls in two hours demanding money. This is after I've worked with them for years and tried to do my best by them to get them business and recommend them. Ashley was incredulous and didn't seem to understand why I found it so offensive that her service - that I had been very forgiving of in the past - would harass me over the course of a few hours to get their pound of flesh.  She then even had the gall to ask if we'd like to book a move-out cleaning. 
Don't use these guys unless you really want laundry done. They're not exemplary and not empathetic. They are a business, through and through, that does not put a great deal into customer retention.
