Jim and Shane were on time and very professional. I have purchased 7 homes so far and they were HANDS DOWN the most thorough and professional team I have ever dealt with. They reviewed ever aspect of the home. Physically checked every floor joist, crawled into every space possible and even went up on the roof and inspected it as it was snowing. They identified items that I, as a homeowner, would have never known to be an issue. They identified a major structural issue with the home, while also being able to explain to me the process needed to fix the structural issue. Additionally, Jim was able to explain all the subsequent items that may occur as a result of repairing the major items. In the end we opted not to buy that home as it posed too many safety issues for my family. Jim and Shane's expertise and thoroughness armed us with all the information need to make an educated decision toward our purchase.
