Replaced parts. Seems to be working ok now.

Their price to repair was higher than replacement (no fault of their's) and Samsung's parts are the problem (they use dissimilar metals for basket and spinner support that corrode quickly and then clog the water pump). I will replace, but with Whirlpool Duet at their recommendation.

The cost of repair was prohibitive so we decided not to do anything. I think they are good. We will definitely use them in the future. It just happened that the cost of what we wanted done was prohibitive.

They had to order a part and then return after a week. They were not very professional. They cancelled appointments and refused to send another technician. I kept requesting them because we had just moved into a new place and we needed the refrigerator going. They were rude and the quality of their work was not that good.

It went well, he diagnosed the problem with the washer......wrote up estimate, then said that we should probably just get a new machine since that would be cheaper. Very honest. We couldn't be happier with this company.
went very well back in 2014 as well. diagnosed and fixed the dryer very quickly and professionally. Very pleased with the whole service experience.

Just moved into this house a few months ago and still getting use to it.  The tech. swapped the trays that were set wrong by the last owner.  Never used this type of stove and I would have never thought about trays causing the gas leak/smell.  All fixed and stove is working fine.

Bill the service tech was professional, analyzedand fixed the problem promptly. He also cleaned up after he was done. Pricing for the job was resonable.
