Their price to repair was higher than replacement (no fault of their's) and Samsung's parts are the problem (they use dissimilar metals for basket and spinner support that corrode quickly and then clog the water pump). I will replace, but with Whirlpool Duet at their recommendation.

Wonderfully! Although "Immediate" does not always mean the day you call, (they are a very popular company) they were able to come see me the next business day. Jay, the technician, was polite, tidy and quite knowledgeable. He was respectful of our home and took care not to damage anything as he moved the heavy washer out to work on it. My dog even brought him her toys!

The cost of repair was prohibitive so we decided not to do anything. I think they are good. We will definitely use them in the future. It just happened that the cost of what we wanted done was prohibitive.

They had to order a part and then return after a week. They were not very professional. They cancelled appointments and refused to send another technician. I kept requesting them because we had just moved into a new place and we needed the refrigerator going. They were rude and the quality of their work was not that good.

It went well, he diagnosed the problem with the washer......wrote up estimate, then said that we should probably just get a new machine since that would be cheaper. Very honest. We couldn't be happier with this company.
went very well back in 2014 as well. diagnosed and fixed the dryer very quickly and professionally. Very pleased with the whole service experience.

Just moved into this house a few months ago and still getting use to it.  The tech. swapped the trays that were set wrong by the last owner.  Never used this type of stove and I would have never thought about trays causing the gas leak/smell.  All fixed and stove is working fine.

The experience I had was great. I requested service on a Sunday afternoon and had the technician at my house by 9:30AM Monday morning. They called 20 minutes ahead of when they arrived. When Bill arrived he was very nice and professional. Went over everything and then prior to fixing anything had went over the pricing. Worked very quickly and now my dryer is heating and working like new! Even helped me level my washer so it stopped moving around my laundry room! Would definitely recommend Bill to anyone I know!

I called this morning and they had someone to my house this afternoon. It worked out perfect because I work close to my home so they were able to call me when they were on the way over - which saved me from sitting around waiting. The technician was extremely polite and explained what was going on with my dishwasher and fixed it right on the spot. I was extremely pleased with the professional service and will be using them again!
