Great service. Mike was very helpful at the store and at our home in choosing the right tile for our preferences. Was very honest when asked for his impressions. Made great suggestion on how to handle end pieces. Did not feel rushed at the store. Nice selection. Installers arrived on time, worked hard both days and were unobtrusive. Cleaned up the kitchen well. We've received many compliments on the backsplash.

Very knowledgeable about their products. They were helpful in choosing the right material and are willing to explain differences in tile. They were open for returning un-used over ordered tile. I wish that I had chosen them to install the tile - I wouldn't have struggled. I would certainly use them for future projects.

They nickel and dimed me, I was overcharged. The price changed several times. The product was fine, but the attitude and experience wasn't good.

I thought they were very professional and the quality was great. I didn't have a single problem. They were also very neat, they never left a mess. They did floor to ceiling tile work in our shower area and around the bathtub. It took them about a week, to lay the tile and put the finishing touches on our bathroom. They did an excellent job, I would highly recommend them.

)My wife and I walked into the store because the tile installer for our kitchen remodel uses them We will NOT be using them now or anytime in the future. We had samples of our floor, cabinets. paint, and counter top and were looking for back splash material. We spend over 25 minutes in the store walking around, looking at tile, holding up our samples in plain view of the staff. There was one couple in the back that was finishing an order and was being helped. There were five other sales people and quot;workingand quot;at the time (3:30 PM on a Saturday), talking on the phone to their family, on the Internet, and chatting among themselves. No one left where they were to see if we needed help. No one offered to help us. We had two sales staff walk by us without a word. When we left, I turned around and told them they had lost our business, and they didn't even make an attempt to get us to stop, or ask what we needed. We would not use them, would not recommend them, and for customer service, they are the worst store we have ever seen.

They were on time, professional, cleaned up after themselves. They answered any questions we had. They did there job according to said instructions and on time.
