I ordered the materials on the website and they delivered; everything turned out fine. The merchandise that arrived was good. It is convenient because they have so many stores. The online process was fine too because I did not have any trouble but I think it is better to buy from the store. I prefer buying from the store rather than ordering it and having it delivered. I did not have any problem with my order but I had to be on the phone a lot for a few different things and wished that I had rather picked the stuff up than ordering it waiting for it to be delivered.

One disaster after another

No one come close to the price they gave me. It went well they came with exact measurements, the installer came a few days later. He did a beautiful job installing the carpet and they made me a runner with the extra carpet and it looks great. Pay $35 for the guy to measure and it gets credited to your final bill.

They did their best to take of it afterward.

They were pretty reliable. It was $55 a day for 24 hours. The equipment was fantastic. The service at Home Depot was phenomenal. They were very professional. We have gone to them a lot lately. Their computers are set up so any mistakes are detected and no time is wasted in calling managers. The equipment was in fantastic shape. It is one of those rare stores that technology has not swallowed up. The staff is professional and it is really a great place to shop. The prices are fair and the quality of the stuff is obviously well maintained and in good shape. We bought some other things and they are being delivered on Saturday. Everything is great and they are a very professional outfit. We will absolutely continue to use them.

We use it for everything. We never buy water bottles we just use that.

I had my kitchen redone by them. They did an excellent job.

Sales associate was excellent explaining merchandise. Delivery Company (Spirit out of New Providence NJ) delivered on time and did a great job of hooking everything up. Delivery team was very courteous and cleaned up everything.

The people at this Home Depot were very helpful in explaining about the tile and in showing me all of the different selections and colors. There was also a young man who assisted me in getting the tiles out to my car. He's helped me before and is very nice. I think their product quality is just fine. The price is good, but I can't remember what it was.

I am not using Home Depot again because my tiles are coming off my kitchen floor. The installation man did not impress me. He may no longer work there. I do not know. I just thought I was way over charged. They charge you by the area and the number of tiles and I had a ton of tiles left over in the end. I just was not satisfied really so I wouldn't give them my business for tile work again in the future I guess.

The sales team here is pretty good I must admit. If you have a question you ask the sales person and they are glad to help you at all times. They seem like they strive to be friendly in the sales department and most of them seem to know a good deal about the appliances that the store is trying to sell. That can be helpful. I have no complaints with this particular business that I can think of currently.

This particular Volkswagen dealership is pretty good in general. They, like many dealerships, probably charge a fair penny for their services. The work they do is quite good, however, and I really can voice no major problems with this dealership at this current point in time.
