 + -1 moreI ordered the materials on the website and they delivered; everything turned out fine. The merchandise that arrived was good. It is convenient because they have so many stores. The online process was fine too because I did not have any trouble but I think it is better to buy from the store. I prefer buying from the store rather than ordering it and having it delivered. I did not have any problem with my order but I had to be on the phone a lot for a few different things and wished that I had rather picked the stuff up than ordering it waiting for it to be delivered.
Description of Work: I used Home Depot to buy some materials.

Description of Work: Cabinet by Kraftsmaid are good, however sense of urgency and professionalism displayed by kitchen planners were non-existent in this group. For the money better served by going with an individual contractor who will work with you and cares that your needs are met.

 + -1 moreNo one come close to the price they gave me. It went well they came with exact measurements, the installer came a few days later. He did a beautiful job installing the carpet and they made me a runner with the extra carpet and it looks great. Pay $35 for the guy to measure and it gets credited to your final bill.
Description of Work: I picked out the carpet and padding at the store and they measured the area and installed the carpet.

Description of Work: I purchased GE Profile kitchen appliances after shopping at many high end stores to decide what brand and style I wanted. I used Consumer Reports to help with brand reliability and recommendations. I got a great price on line for the cooktop, Advantium oven and double wall ovens. Because the online site had a warehouse in NJ so Home Depot matched the price plus we got an extended warranty for much less than the online store. Home Depot also gave of 6 months interest free credit. Sales people were helpful and delivery was delayed until we were ready. I purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Lowes and delivery was a problem and won't get another appliance from them. We have another Home Depot near us in Howell, NJ but prefer the sales help and managers in the Freehold store. We do many projects and always get professional help from the staff.

 + 0 moreThey were pretty reliable. It was $55 a day for 24 hours. The equipment was fantastic. The service at Home Depot was phenomenal. They were very professional. We have gone to them a lot lately. Their computers are set up so any mistakes are detected and no time is wasted in calling managers. The equipment was in fantastic shape. It is one of those rare stores that technology has not swallowed up. The staff is professional and it is really a great place to shop. The prices are fair and the quality of the stuff is obviously well maintained and in good shape. We bought some other things and they are being delivered on Saturday. Everything is great and they are a very professional outfit. We will absolutely continue to use them.

Description of Work: I purchased a refrigerator, double wall oven, microwave and cooktop from Home Depot. The staff was extremely helpful and when I noticed the "We will match competitor's price" I showed them the price list from another store and they matched it saving us over $1,000. The delivery was very smooth and I will purchase from them again. We also like buying remodeling supplies in this store as the help in the tile, electrical and plumbing departments are usually retired contractors who are knowledgable and very helpful. We have gone to Lowes and have had many problems and have given up shopping there.

 + 0 moreThe people at this Home Depot were very helpful in explaining about the tile and in showing me all of the different selections and colors. There was also a young man who assisted me in getting the tiles out to my car. He's helped me before and is very nice. I think their product quality is just fine. The price is good, but I can't remember what it was.
Description of Work: They helped me in my selection of tile for the backsplash in the kitchen and bathroom.

 + 0 moreI am not using Home Depot again because my tiles are coming off my kitchen floor. The installation man did not impress me. He may no longer work there. I do not know. I just thought I was way over charged. They charge you by the area and the number of tiles and I had a ton of tiles left over in the end. I just was not satisfied really so I wouldn't give them my business for tile work again in the future I guess.
Description of Work: Home Depot came to my 1500 square foot home to install tiled flooring in my kitchen.

 + -1 moreThe sales team here is pretty good I must admit. If you have a question you ask the sales person and they are glad to help you at all times. They seem like they strive to be friendly in the sales department and most of them seem to know a good deal about the appliances that the store is trying to sell. That can be helpful. I have no complaints with this particular business that I can think of currently.
