FREEHOLD TOYOTA

I little message pops up and says maintenance needed and we always just do it. That is about every three months. What stands out the most is when you do make an appointment, they stick by it. They are very efficient, courteous and they check with us before they do anything. The car is ready when they say it is going to be ready.

My husband takes the car in and whatever has to be done, he just signs for it. Nothing has been done that would have required any major discussion between us. Whatever was done would have been routine, maybe changing the tires around, rotating tires. He might have needed a filter put in. It would have all been just routine maintenance stuff. 
I can tell you they were good, it has always been fine and whatever he?s had done has worked out fine. I know we?ve had brakes changed in the past, but I couldn?t even take a wild guess of when. I am totally not involved with car service.

I just wanna put a general warning out there for nobody ever buy a car from this man. I've had nothing but bad dealings with these people. 

They sold cars to all the customers with an illegal advertising covering a part of the licensed plate. They put a big fake advertisement for the licensed plate cover over all the licensed plates and the words garden state would cover it up and apparently this is illegal. I was pulled over and given two tickets. The speeding ticket was my fault and I paid it but the second ticket for covering up the licensed plate was not my fault and I brought it back to the dealer and the service manager named Jeff he promised me he was gonna take care of it, he lied to me. Next thing I know there is a warrant out for my arrest cause I failed to appear in court and failed to pay the ticket. Now this $2 ticket was turned into $164. And all I did wrong was buy a car from this man.

The owner refused to even make an appointment with me to discuss the situation.

I would absolutely use them again.

I've never been dissatisfied with them. Over the years, it all depended on what the car required. I've been to them many times, many to remember.

I've been going to this dealership for years. I wouldn't go back to any service provider if I wasn't comfortable with them. The workers were all professional, they always have been.

Excellent. No pressure sales and smooth transaction. Everyone was helpful, patient and confident. Wanted to be sure the customer was happy and getting what they wanted and needed. Followed up on everything with out any prompting.

Hybrids are nice little cars. I mean, we can fit four people in it and it does what we need. The sales team over there was fine. They treated us well and we got ourselves a good deal, so I had no complaints.

I like my Rav 4 and I like my Toyota dealership. I can't think of a time I have had a problem so I would be glad to tell others they are a reputable company. They let you know what is going on and I do not feel they overcharge me. I think their pricing is in alignment with what other dealerships would ask for doing the same stuff.

We like Toyota in general but this dealership gave us the best price on our vehicle. That is why we went with them. They do follow through with what they say they will do and they sell cars and trucks that are of good quality. They offer good deals and the sales people are a pleasure to deal with.

They're expensive but reliable.
