I Had a service contract with them. In a service call, I asked them to check some little black aunts that were in the house. Apparently, the service manager was training a new employee. The manager said the aunts were "baby" carpenter aunts and I had to sign a new contract with them, pay U$ 450.00 more, to get rid of the aunts. I immediately went to google to check how carpenter aunts looked like and it was not even close. I told the manager that I would think about. I turned my head, he asked the other guy to go ahead and spray inside the house. The guy sprayed my bathroom and kitchen. I have 2 little kids at home. I thought we would die with the aunts. That's ridiculous. I called another company and the aunts were NOT carpenter aunts, they were regular aunts.
 
Now aunts are totally gone, of course. The guy almost killed the whole family spraying my bathroom and kitchen, as oppose to adding the gel. I would NOT hire this company again. They lie to their customers.

The groundhog was captured in the trap and they returned to take the groundhog to a relocation location.

I really like their service. I had a situation after sandy but they were quick and efficient. They handled it professionally and I was so pleased that I renewed for another year.

I've been working with Freehold Pest control for 2 years now, and It's not working out very well. I renewed my service contract, but I don't think they are able to fix anything related to mice.







I had mice in my garage, and one mouse was able to make its way to my kitchen. I called a friend who recommended Freehold Pest control. They came to my house and put traps everywhere. That is great, but they didn't really solve my problem. I still have mice coming in, and now, dying inside my walls. This is not acceptable. They didn't do anything to help me find out where the mice is coming from. I feel they are unable to help the customer find out how the pest is getting into their house. My neighbor has Arrow and it seems they really investigate and fix the problems.  Be punctual, show up to do the job and be professional are great qualities, but I need someone to fix my problem.







To give them credit, when I had bees coming into the house, they did fix it, after 3 service calls. They sprayed over and over again and eventually the bees were all gone.

They came on a Saturday. They were there within about a half hour. If you get stung by one of those hornets, it feels like getting hit by a baseball bat. I didn't want them anywhere near my house. Their service worked.

They were so helpful to me. They completely alleviated my problem. They gave me some recommendations on what moves to make around the house in order to help keep my issue under control. I have not even seen so much as a fly since they left. They suggested that I get rid of the mulch around my house which has really helped. They even gave me a discount on the maintenance program so I could stay with them. I would recommend them.

They sent us a bill and I was to pay them when they came. I didn't pay it because I was waiting for somebody to call and say they were going to come. They claimed that somebody came. There was a lot of snow in front of the house and there were no footprints there. I did not like the way it was handled. They argued with me that somebody had come because it was on the guy's GPS. In plain language, they were calling us liars. We truly believe that the guy was not here. The office woman who argued with us was so nasty that we decided to end it with them. We paid them for what we did not get and told them that we wanted to sever our relationship.

This company did my home inspection. They made mistakes on the report regarding termites. I moved into my home in September 2008. When April came so did the termites. I immediatly called an extermintor. Thank goodness my exterminator was honest and told me that this house had been infested with termites previously and there was damage. Of course I called my lawyer and was advised to call Freehold Pest Control due to their liabilty.The representative for this company was hours late and very rude when he arrived. This company was supposed to treat and repair termite damage. They did not do the repairs. The represantitive said he forgot materials and would be back the next day, he never showed up. I called everyday for weeks. They were rude and insulting. They never finished the job. I wouldnt reccomend this company to kill a fly!

Freehold Pest Control had done an initial termite eradication a few years ago. Now since I had to sell my house they came back and did the treatment for less money than the initial time. I'm very happy with them. They were responsive and new I needed them fast. They actually came out on a Saturday morning to do this.
