I've lived in Freehold since 1976 and purchased a Dodge van back in 1978 from Freehold Dodge. I was feeling confident and proud when my wife's business partner said that he was coming from NYC to purchase a Promaster Van from Freehold Dodge...that they had chosen a reputable dealer in my hometown. To the contrary, they scammed him with a rip-off "bait and switch" offer that really stunk. First, they wrote to him (I'd be glad to share the E-mail with anyone) that if he made the trip to Freehold, he could buy the van for $20,000...maybe less! This Saturday, Feb.11, 2017 his wife and he made the trip from Manhattan, test drove the van and decided to make the deal. Then, they were handed the slimy news that the lowest price that Freehold Dodge could sell the van to him for was $24,000.00 (pre-tax). This unfair treatment both appalled and embarrassed me. I recommend that if you're thinking of buying a car there that you simply forget about it...like we did. There are plenty of dealerships on Route 9 In Freehold that pride themselves on being honest. I will never shop there again or recommend Freehold Dodge to others. Jack Fajerman Freehold, NJ 732-614-4463

The sales associate Bryan Hughes was excellent. He was very straight forward, honest, no-nonsense. After a few weeks of shopping around Bryan helped iron out a deal that worked for me. He did it with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. The rest of the staff was also very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

My wife and I had been on an extensive search to find a new car. Everywhere we went we felt as though we were getting the run around, until a family member recommended Mark and Steven Boyce at Freehold Dodge Subaru. From beginning to end Mark and Steven provided amazing service. They went above and beyond to make sure that we got the exact car we wanted at a price we could afford. They knew their vehicles inside and out and when we finally decided on the Subaru Impreza they walked us through everything we needed to know about the car. I usually dread going to the car dealership but Mark and Steven made this an enjoyable experience!

I make an appointment and they take me in on time. They work on my car quickly and they have nice waiting rooms. I have never had any real communications with the people there because I have not had any problems with the car; it just goes in for service and everything is the way it is supposed to be and I have had no issues.
