they are liars to put is simply, or maybe just lazy, either one is bad enough, they offer a residential service with "unlimited" extra bag pickup, but when you go to put out additional bags they state they are "bulk items" and refuse to take them, the bulk items in question were chair cushions, I have had this "unlimited" service with them for over a decade, paid the extra amount every quarter, have barely every put out extra bags, and they still lied to me like this, so I am looking for a new honestly trash collection service...

They pick up on holidays and day after holidays. They auto bill which is nice.

I probably used them on a neighbor's recommendation. I have one other option besides these guys, but it seems like most people use them. I spend about $500 a year. They are reliable and they'll pick up extra stuff if I have it. If I ever have a question, there are always people in their office to help me. They are good and I like them.
