Freehold Appliance Repair

I called this company only to use them because they were available the next day. My dryer had been heating but my clothes weren't drying. The technician did visit my home and admitted he was in a considerable hurry. He diagnosed my machine as needing a new igniter, which I agreed to be installed. He said you are "good to go" and promptly left my premises. I thought the problem was resolved until the next week when I was to do laundry, only to experience the SAME PROBLEM. I called the repair company and they said I would have to schedule an appointment with the person who did the work. After not hearing back, I followed up to receive a response that "The tech spoke with me and that it was another problem." This technician did not speak to me at all and basically was lied to. I followed up one last time by a comment on the website and a phone call on Saturday. I do not wish to have this same tech who misdiagnosed my machine back to my home and this company has been horrible on responding to me. What a complete waste of time. They seem to have no accountability over their employees. Nothing was offered to me to try and make this right or to have my dryer further looked into.
