"Thank you for the review [Member Name Removed]. It has always be a pleasure to work for you on the multiple jobs we have done."
"[Member Name Removed], I'm Sorry that you feel that this is the way the job went. By the way you emailed me Friday and we are closed on the weekends so I would have responded if given the time to. I will just address all your concerns here. Your job required ripping the extra layer of 3/4" subflooring which was nailed and screwed in order to meet the existing hardwood flooring with the new hardwood. We are always as careful as we can be but sometimes things happen and we ALWAYS try to rectify any issues even though our quotes state that we are not responsible for any damage done due to demo or moving furniture. Cursing and screaming at my guys as you did also doesn't help any situation. 1. The scratch on the storm door though it was very minor I understood and we repaired it. 2. The pocket door frame was NOT hit. It was from the pry bar which we HAVE to use to get the edge boards close. It is not our fault it was not installed and secured properly. However we did fix and secure it PROPERLY. 3. Master door trim split when the undercut saw was used. This happens sometimes and we nailed, caulked and even painted it. 4. Hallway decorative box trim. One piece of trim fell of the wall while the flooring was being nailed inand obviously because it was not put on properly. We also reinstalled it. 5. Fireplace faux stone is on the inside of the fireplace. We did not remove the cover until it was put back in place, therefore there is no way would could have hit it and chipped it. It might have been laying in the fireplace and fell out when we moved it intro the bathroom. I was there when [Member Name Removed] brought this up and NO ONE argued with her. You also forgot to mention how we supplied and installed the primed white 5-1/2" decorative base in 2 bedrooms along with primed white shoe moldings in every room which you were NOT charged for. Primed white moldings still need to be painted. You did not mention that the job was priced out a year ago and we still honored the pricing for you. Nor do you mention that we moved the larger pieces of furniture for you even though that was not our responsibility. The same crew that did the finishing of the other side of the house 2 years ago was the same crew that did this time. Our quotes state that when refinishing floor base trim paint may need to be touched up. I believe we had addressed any issues brought to our attention that had happened. Again I'm sorry you feel this way about the job but I wasn't really expecting a review like this."

"Either myself (owner) or David (supervisor) try to inspect every job. Since there is no information on this review I don't know who this is or where the job was to properly comment. However thank you for the review and I'm glad that you wee pleased with the work."
"Thank you for the review"
"[Member Name Removed] I understand it would have only took a little time to move furniture but you have to understand we have to pay our employees for the time traveled and spent. The big deal only includes 100sqft and additional things are extra. Thank you for the review but I don't understand how you can rate our quality since you stated that someone else did the work. I'm glad you got the job done and I hope you are happy with their work."
"Thank you for the great review"
"[Member Name Removed], I am sorry you were not completely happy but I need to clarify something. You were NOT charged $600. The balance after the Big Deal purchased through Angie's List was $300.43. Additional upcharges outside of the deal was 272.60 + 3% credit card fee + 7% NJ sales tax. I apologized for my guys showing up so early they unfortunately decided on their own that, that would be ok and they should know better. One of my job supervisors originally did the quote and did not write down that the other rooms were gloss so when you called I understood and came back to put a 4th coat of gloss. I did not hear anything from you after that was done. If you would have called our office we could have done something about it."
"Glad to see you were happy and thanks for the A"
