We were advised that we needed new engine filters which we said was fine. Needed tire rotation so that was $25.00. Replace cabin air filter $22.00 which we said was fine. Rotate tires which included a pressure check. So now the $44.00 oil change, gasket and pressure test has become $176.44 which we paid but the best part is that the tire pressure gauge is now broken. No such thing as a coincidence. We go back and they will check the gauges $99.00 and replace for $244.00. So we walked in to get an oil change and "coincidentally" now is over $500. Thieves - going to Pep Boys today who will test the gauge and install the new one for $99.00

Basically, they are one of the extremely well-run automotive stations. I'm talking about both the sales department as well as the service department, and I'm speaking primarily about the service department. So far, I've used more than 2 or 3 advisers who are the first people you meet and uniformly, each and everyone of them have tried their best to satisfy the customers in terms of being able to listen to them, being able to understand their need, trying to get back according to their word, keeping me informed along the way and every step of the way. I think even though I'm not sure how well their price is, but just the fact that they make you feel welcome, that's the primary reason I just go to them because I don't even think of going to anybody else. The whole process of setting up an appointment online and then followed by just going there. There is a bunch of people that I have come across and I know that this must go back to their management emphasizing appropriate care of their customers. I know that they may be charging like every other Toyota dealership because they tend to be more expensive than your local person but at least when you go in and come out, there is a sense of professionalism for which I would give an A.

Their service is very good. They do it promptly. They do it right the first time. They are not cheap. They are probably very high end compared to an independent garage, but they do a nice work.
