I felt the person in the window treatment area was snobby. Everytime I chose colors, she would roll her eyes. I thought the whole point of a color consultation was to sell me something other than neutrals, I probably should have hired a real interior designer, like someone with a degree in fine arts who could rationalize why one color would work better than another. When my husband went in to see the colors I chose, she showed him the colors and stated "Do you want to see the colors your wife chose?" and laughed, as if it was so ludicrous to put something other than beige on the walls. I decided to give them another try for window treatments and returned 6 months later. When reviewing the products, I was really more concerned about the quality of the fabric and she kept emphasizing the cost, rather than the value. She stated "Don't worry, its not going to cost that much," as if she didn't think we could afford the window treatments. This woman was not tactful or professional at all.
