They installed my pool 15 years ago with no problems.  I still have original liner, filter and pool heater.  Opened pool Memorial weekend and heater did not start. After 15 years of use decided to buy new heater.  Went to their store on Memorial weekend and received quick and knowledgable service from Nick and Steven.  The heater was installed today 3 days later. Very satisfied with our experience.
