"[removed member name], Regarding the following statements, I responded to everything in an email to you on June 28th, 2012. "Very shady business practices" was giving you a discount promising to review us once work was completed, which helps us out with other future customers. We knew you'd be satisfied with our completed work. And apparently you do like reviewing businesses. Price breakdowns: We don't breakdown our estimates in material and labor. Thats just the way we operate. "He also promised digital mages of his proposed work" We stated in our reply email "The two drawings that I have given you were a draft in asking if you liked the design and would allow you to see the associated costs with that particular draft". Once you agree on a draft design, the rest of the designs are completed. This takes a lot of time, so once we get an agreement on a draft we like to continue forward to make sure we are on the same page. Never promised you a better image, we simply replied (and never heard back) "I will complete it for you but if the material allowance and service allowance is something you will need I do apologize again but we do not break down our jobs like that" So please check your email before writing a review like this."
