Sandy's staging suggestions worked great. She took the time to walk the entire house with me to point out and discuss options to de-clutter and stage the house for listing photos. She suggested color and shape combinations that fit each space of our house which made it appeal to the current market. The listing photos came out great and generated frequent showings. We are currently under contract a little over 1 month. I would definitely consult with Sandy again, and may ask her to consult on colors for the new house!
