It is always a pleasure to do business with those who take the time and efforts to perform a good job. I'm thankful to have come across Basement Waterproofing Solutions to fix a foundation leak in my basement. The took the proper care, precautions and most importantly, efficiently addressed my issue. Their customer service is top notch. Office staff is personable and easy to contact. The serviceman was efficient and knowledgeable got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. He showed me the gunked up sump pump and gave me the option of cleaning it (which has been done a couple times previously, due to the iron in our hard water) or a new one. I opted for the new one because I knew the old one was in very bad shape. Plus, their prices have not gone up!

Everything went extremely well. The job was booked in late October and the date to begin was January 17, 2022. They showed up promptly on the 17th as promised. The work was completed in two days. The workers were professional, polite, and experienced in their craft. The clean up was as promised. They returned several days later, after the concrete had dried, to put the washing machine back in its original location and to move any other items I wanted them to put back in place. They answered my questions about the equipment. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this company for basement waterproofing and sump pump installations. I had inadvertently overpaid and they brought this to my attention (I would never have known this) and promptly sent me a refund for the overpayment.

They did an excellent job, as attested to by an independent inspector. They showed up on time, were professional, quick to respond to questions, took care of issues that were encountered above my expectation. It was a very messy job but they left my house in excellent condition. I would recommend them & would rehire them in a second.

Superb overall experience from the beginning to finish. 1. Company representative spent enough time to explain issue with excessive water in foundation, origin of iron ochre, and ways to address the issue. He was attentive and did not rush. The representative came back again as a better solution for water flow rerouting was found. 2. Clear communication took place on all fronts: job schedule, preparation, expectations. 3. All workers were very professional and friendly. They sealed the area from dust, tried to stay as quite as possible, efficiently removed old debris, used materials to prevent floor (inside/outside) from damaging. 4. Work was completed on time and reasonably priced with life time transferrable warranty provided. I would say this is the best business in its class, given exceptional results. PS: They also educated me and now I feel like a pro knowing about waterproofing and iron ochre!

I called Sal's cell phone and he picked up. That alone is unusual in my experience with contractors. He spend an hour with us on the phone and said if the pump stopped again he would get someone there on Sunday. Luckily it kept working but we did decide to get a back up pump which was installed on Wednesday. Nice guys, the work is very well done and they clean up when they finish. I would definitely use them again . They had previously installed a partial french drain in our cellar. It has been dry as a bone every since.

I couldn't ask for a better company to do this work. I've used them 3xs for various drainage problems and every time the problem was fixed and was so much better than expected. Sal, Sal Jr. and the rest of the crew couldn't have been nicer, explained what needed to be done and how they were going to do it, they were on time and completed the work and cleaned up. Compared to other companies I used for the same type of work, BWS was the best hands down. Call them, use them, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent. We were selling our home but the inspection found that there was a water issue in the unfinished portion of our basement, near the sump pump. We requested an estimate for the work required. BWS came out, reviewed the problem, and provided a detailed estimate. The appointment was scheduled and they showed up as planned, work was done neatly and everything was cleaned up when completed. It was a French drain that was installed with piping to sump pump pit.

Each and every bit of work, from major install of french drains to routine maintenance has gone superbly. Professional and timely quotes. Clean workers, in a very old house with terra cotta foundation and no exterior route to basement- they had to take dirt out through my kitchen. Polite, professional, very positive, and extremely trustworthy.

Wanted to extend the drain out far away from the house and wanted to change one of the pumps. The team arrived on time, the lead was very professional, friendly and understood what they were doing well. The cleanup job and full finishing up could have been a tad better but overall I was satisfied with what was done.

My basement has leaked over 20 yrs now. We've had other's here trying to fix the leaks but they never worked so honestly, I wan't expecting it to work this time either but we're selling so I had to give it a shot. The guarantee is what convinced me to try this company. . I purposely waited until after we had a really heavy downpour of rain to write this review and I'm happy to say... the basement didn't leak at all. . They repaired it from the inside. The guys who came were very professional, competent.,and friendly and likable/ They called that morning to give me an estimated arrival time. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

I was very happy with these folks. Both the estimator and the workman came when they said they were going to, they cleaned up when they were finished and they returned calls even after the job was completed and the bill paid. There was no pressure to buy and no hidden costs. The price I was quoted was the price I was billed. I didn't even need to put any money down to hold my appointment. This is a family owned company and the quality of the service shows they really care about what they do. If you have a wet basement, these are your guys.
