Mark provided estimates, came by at the appointed time and changed the lock. Work was done with care and precision. I asked if he could adjust the new lock such that my existing Schlage key would work with the new lock. Mark completed that quickly without any issues. We are very pleased with the professionalism, service and quality of the work performed
