Art is fantastic! Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly. He gave me options regarding repair versus replace, and helped me make the best decision. He came to my house, assessed what needed to be done, and quoted a price. After ordering the parts, he called to let me know when the parts arrived, and scheduled a time to come perform the repairs the next morning. He showed up promptly as promised, and did a great job making the repairs, even after running into a couple of unforeseen issues. The final total was exactly as quoted, very reasonable. I highly recommend!

I was having a hard time finding a company that would replace my existing 42and quot; built-in BBQ grill, but I was lucky enough to find AWG Appliance Service. They removed my existing grill, modified my existing outdoor kitchen (i.e. trimmed granite countertop, added matching stucco to fill in gaps, etc.) and installed the new grill. Art and team did an excellent job. After installing the grill, they walked me through how to use the grill including all of the features. Art also inspected my gas fireplace and helped me troubleshoot a start-up issue free of charge. Prior to the installation, Art's business partner, Jay, spent a significant amount of time walking me through replacement options. I will definitely use AWG in the future.
