Overall, Dennis responded to my "net" inquiry in less than one hour. We made an appointmet which he kept. When he came to survey the job, he put on shoe " booties" to keep my home clean. This was a super plus for me, showing that he cared about my personal property. Everything went as scheduled and the clean up was just as good. When the job was finished, you could not tell that there was any work done- this is how neat they are. Not only am I pleased, but I have now contraced wtih Dennis to service my furnace also.
