Septicare came out a year ago to inspect my septic when I was in the process of purchasing my current residence. They found a problem and fixed the problem right away at a reasonable price. They were very professional and took the time to explain what was going on and how to properly maintain the septic tank so it didn't happen again. I was having a plumbing issue and I called them yesterday to see if it could be caused by the septic. They came out and asked me a few questions. After asking me a few questions they had an idea of what the problem was and what was causing it. They showed me how to take care of it myself in the future and how to avoid having it happen again. They didn't charge me a dime and seemed happy to help.
